Sonipat, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Aims and Objects of the Society

The Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwavidyalaya Alumni Association, Khanpur Kalan(BPSMVAA) shall be a non-government, non-political, charitable and non-profit making organization devoted to the following aims and objectives :

To provide a forum for the Alumni for exchange of ideas on academic, cultural, literacy and social issues by organizing and coordinating reunion activities of the Alumni.

To utilize the expertise of Alumni in development and progress of the students along with updation of programmes and related courses in accordance with industry requirement to enhance the avenues of placements.

To promote a sustained sense of belonging to the Alma Mater among the Alumni by being in regular contact with them.

To guide and assist Alumni who have recently completed their courses of study at the BPSMV to keep them engaged in productive pursuits useful to the society.

The Association will apply for 12A registration and will seek to get exemption for the donors under section 80G of Income Tax Act, 1961. Association will also put efforts for Niti Aayog and FCRA registration.

To promote mentorship programme by bringing together Alumni and the present students to share their experiences.

To arrange and collect donations\funds to finance welfare and other schemes in the University, approved by the Association including development of infrastructural facilities.

To assist the students of the University in placement, internship and training.

To organise training classes/courses for the current students and staff to upgrade the technical, administrative, managerial and general skills, regularly with assistance of the UTD’s.

To foster the spirit of brotherhood and comradeship amongst the alumni of the University.

To publish and distribute literature, papers, journals, directory, etc. for the fulfilment of the Association.

To arrange social, academic, literary and cultural functions.

To support financially poor and the needy students of BPSMV for their studies.

To open chapters of the association in other towns of India and abroad.

To provide a standardized organizational structure and coordinated program for alumni association and chapters.

To involve the Alumni in the overall development of the BPSMV and the Association.

To further the vision of the Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwavidyalaya, Khanpur Kalan and Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwavidyalaya Alumni Association, Khanpur Kalan(BPSMVAA) in general.
